Application |
- Up to four wires such as sensor cables and etc. can be clamped by one CAPCON, which lightens rhe drilling works and results in space-saving.
- Apply to wire outlets where CVD or CVT cables are used such as underground tunnels, construction fields and etc.

Instructions |
1. Drill the entry hole according to the specification chart below.
2. Install the CAPCON according to the appropriate application listed below.
< For Electrical Service Panel Installation >
Remove and retain the lockunt and insert the CAPCON connector into the entry hole and tighten it from the back using the locknut.
< Pre-thereaded Holes on Limite Switches etc, >
Remove and discard the locknut. Screw the CAPCON connector in to the existing threads to tighten.
3. Cable Insertion
Loosen the dome nut and insert the cable through the connector as shown in 1 and 2 in the figure to the right


4. Secure Cable
Tighten the dome nut to fasten cable securely
Inserts - [comes with 4 hole products]
2 blanks inserts are included with 4 hole products as a standard accessory (not avaliable in 2 or 3 hole products). The blank Inserts should be placed in unused holes when less than 4 cables are entering the connector.

1). Outside an appropriate temperature range
2). In a strong acidic or organic solvent (chloride ethyl, chloride methyl, cresol etc,) environment.
3). In damp atmosphere of where ozone is present
